Shipping policy

All orders are shipped certified from Madrid using Correos, Spain's national postal service, and will be mailed 1-3 business days after they are placed. Current delivery timeframes for Standard shipping are:

Spain: 3-5 days

Europe: 1-2 weeks

North America: 2-6 weeks

Rest of world: 2-8 weeks

Further delays can occasionally happen - please note I can't offer refunds for delayed packages. If you haven't received your order in 30 days, upon request I can file a claim with the post office to locate the package.

Express shipping (3-7 business days) is available for several international destinations at checkout. Providing your phone number in the address form helps to ensure smooth delivery of expedited orders. If you don't see Express shipping listed for your country, feel free to contact me before placing your order and I will confirm rates and delivery time.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees required by the destination country. The US is set to implement an import fee beginning on August 29, and I will update this page as more information becomes available.
